Join our hiking instructor and a certified children's yoga teacher for breathing exercises and yoga poses during our hike through the woods. Kids and parents will experience nature and mindfulness during this special hike! This activity is for parents and kids ages 4-12. ACTIVITY LEVEL: Easy. WHAT TO BRING: Weather appropriate clothing and footwear, small day pack with extra clothes, snacks, water, personal medications. OPTIONAL RECOMMENDED ITEMS: Sunglasses, bug spray.
