If your aspiring chef loves fajitas and wants a space to hone in their knife skills: this class is for them. The Turner Farm Teaching Kitchen will walk the students through best practices for using a knife safely to slice and dice their way to confidently making delicious dishes. During the class they will put their skills to the test to create their own fajitas. Between getting their hands dirty making flour tortillas from scratch, slicing veggies for slaws, sautéing their fillings, and creating bright salsas to top their creations—they will be sure to have fun and build confidence while cooking. Few spots will be available to maximize hands-on time.
