Dance is a total body workout using all of the major muscle groups and providing heart healthy benefits. Children need at least 60 minutes of physical activity each day, and dancing is a great way to be physically active and stay fit. Get movin’ to your favorite tune, and leave it all on the dance floor as you show us your best moves!

Dance Party admission is free for Members or included with your Discovery Pass.
