The Turner Farm Teaching Kitchen will be hosting a number of classes specifically for pre-teens and teens to learn and foster culinary skills that will last a lifetime, but this class is a little more focused on bringing together parents and kids through cooking, creating lasting memories. This week’s class will focus on working together (parent & child) to build your own manicotti, including making ricotta and crepes from scratch. Chef will also cover how to make these in bulk and freeze extras for dinner in a snap. The hands-on class will be limited in size so act fast!
All adults must be accompanied by a child, or teen (ages 8-17), and all children must be accompanied by an adult over 18.
Please notify us if you, or your child, has any allergies or dietary restrictions so that we can plan accordingly.
Early Registration: $80 (one adult and one child)
After November 13: $90 (one adult and one child)
