Early fall is bursting with a variety of produce and energy, but many times we get stuck making the same salads, regardless of the season. Stop by the Teaching Kitchen for a multitude of demos by Chef Stephanie over an hour and a half (stay for as long or as little as you’d like!). You will get plenty of ideas, recipes, and (most importantly) lunch filled with fall salads hearty enough to withstand the changing temperatures.
